Todd J. Nordstrom - Managing Member
Mr. Nordstrom is a principal of NCB, LLC (Nordstrom Commercial Builders), and is its' Managing Member. Todd is responsible for the overall business development of the company and oversees the day-to-day operations and project management of all construction activity.
Todd has many years of experience in the construction industry, which includes budgeting, bidding, supervision and project management. Before founding NCB, LLC, Todd was a shared owner and director of SDC Construction, where he was primarily construction / project manager for all construction projects. Before joining SDC Construction, Todd exercised his construction knowledge as an estimator / project engineer for a Nationally Recognized Construction Firm, where he played a fundamental role in several multi-million dollar construction projects.
Todd received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Todd currently resides in Centennial, Colorado.
Peter Nordstrom - Business Development Manager
Mr. Nordstrom has spent six years in business development three of which have been spent in the commercial construction industry with NCB. He is responsible for spearheading the overall growth and direction of the company´s marketing, partnerships, brand image, and customer acquisition through both online and offline advertising. Peter’s primary responsibilities included executing the company´s marketing strategy to the brand identity, advertising, overseeing Web site design and content development. He was also directly responsible for initiating and maintaining all partnership relationships to help benefit the company´s image. He also plays a role in project management, such as coordinating with the sub-contractors and plan submittals to the city or county. In addition he is responsible for doing field measurements to help aid in the bidding process and meeting with the clients. Furthermore he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and participating in club sports.
Tara Nordstrom - Human Resources & Marketing Administrator
Ms. Nordstrom is the HR and Marketing Administrator, responsible for NCB human resources strategies and programs, marketing, employee relations, public relations, and advertising. Tara has over 10 years' of agency and corporate experience in the construction and healthcare fields. Tara has been with the Company since 2006, where she previously held management positions in the field's of marketing and public relations focusing on all internal and external communication.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication's from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Loreto Ramirez - Senior Concrete Superintendent
Mr. Ramirez has been with the Company since 2003 and brings 18 years of experience in all types of construction including: housing, structural iron work, commercial, industrial, civil, and urban. He has served in various capacities at NCB such as; Superintendent, Safety Officer, Owner's Representative, Senior Project Superintendent, Foreman, and Senior Manager of Field Operations. Mr. Ramirez is a valuable asset to the Company as he brings his expertise and experience in Concrete, civil, paving and structural construction to further the company's stature as a turn-key general contractor but always putting safety first, for both employee and subcontractor.
Before joining NCB, LLC, he worked for various concrete companies finishing concrete paving and flatwork. Loreto resides in Thornton with his Wife and Two Daughters.
Terrence Neff - Project Manager
Terrence is a Construction Management Professional with more than seventeen years of diverse and progressive experience in planning, execution, creation and approval of the building process. As a Project Manager Terrence is responsible for Oversees the planning and implementation of the projects assigned. Organizes and guides project operations throughout the course of the project. Lead and direct project teams to meet project objectives. Tracks and creates schedules as required. Works with client to create a successful project.
Before Joining NCB, Terrence was a Project Engineer for Denver International Airport before DIA, Terrence worked as a Project Manager for Kilashee Construction in Tempe, Arizona.
Terrence has complete all credit hours toward a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Terrence now resides in the native state of Colorado in the Roxborough area with his family of 4.
Nicholas W. Bradley - Superintendent
Nicholas has thirteen years of construction experience and has been a Superintendent for the last 8 years. He has extensive knowledge of all phases of construction from the excavation all the way into tenant finishes. His skill set also includes scheduling and managing sub-contractors. Furthermore he has knowledge of general building codes and working with the county for plan submittals and building inspections. Nick enjoys motocross riding at local tracks such as Thunder Valley and his permanent residence is in Aurora, CO.
