Garage Town Ken Caryl

Garage Town Ken Caryl broke ground July 2012. NCB, LLC completed buildings 3 and 4 that opened in February, with building 1 slated to open towards the end of April.

Phase II slated to begin in April which includes buildings 2, 5, 6 and 7.

Building 5 consists of 11 units and is the fourth building of seven to be constructed. In addition to housing the site's only pull through unit, Building 5 also contains the very popular L-shaped units. An L-shaped unit is 1200sf and includes two overhead doors.

NCB, LLC is proud to be involved in such an exciting note-worthy project.
